As someone who has always been fascinated by human behavior, I've made it my life's mission to help others. Nobody should have to suffer through anxiety, depression, abusive relationships, addiction, and other medical diagnosis. Although I am not a doctor, my experience, education, and research have led me to a conclusion: the lack of knowledge about our brains and our environmental conditioning is often the root cause of our problems.

Growing up in Fiji, I was subjected to a toxic and abusive environment. Even after moving to Canada, cultural issues continued to plague me. I faced Mental and Physical health challenges, relationship difficulties, and financial problems. However, in 2010, I decided to take control of my life. I attended courses, webinars, coaching sessions, and mentoring programs, and constantly studied human behavior and brain health. Through this process, I was able to identify the root causes of my issues and use various tools to overcome them.

Now, I specialize in helping individuals recover from addiction, long-term health problems, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety, divorce, suicidal thoughts, and other challenges. My mission is to continue changing lives and creating a positive impact for others. Let me start with you.

My coaching and workshop techniques are based on a deep understanding of the truth of life and how the brain and mind function. I recognize how even small things can have a significant impact on one's life, and trauma can manifest in various ways.

I believe that our past experiences can cause pain and that the fear of the future can lead to anxiety.

I collaborate with my clients to release pain and fear, using my 6 principals of life transformation and the Brain Health tools to help you reconnect with yourself and feel secure, supported and excited about life. I take pride in my simple but powerful tools, which I use and practice daily.

Staying mindful of your emotions and internal state can have a profound impact on both your life and the lives of those around you. Instead, focus on how you choose to respond and find solutions that will allow you to move forward. It's essential to understand that negative emotions may stem from past memories, and by accepting the present, you can achieve a sense of internal peace.

Release: By utilizing breathwork, brain relaxation, hypnosis ,journaling , you can clear out old stagnant emotions . Your emotions are chemical reaction that happens in your body. So thinking or talking about it won’t release it, instead actual movement of energy is required.

It's possible to reset your brain and create a new reality by connecting with a higher power, practicing mindfulness, and utilizing other powerful tools. Through brain health techniques, you can heal your brain, rewire your mind, and establish new neural pathways.
